Inspecting Your Jewelry Upon Delivery
Once your package arrives, carefully open and inspect the item immediately.
- Examine the jewelry closely for accuracy and condition
- Take clear photos of the item using your phone, similar to the images we provide before shipping
- Do not remove the price or information tag(s)
- Confirm that all certificates are included if your center stone is certified
- Removing any tag(s) will void all return privileges.
If Something Is Wrong With Your Order
If the item appears damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or if you decide to return it:
- Contact us immediately by phone and email
- Reaching out through both methods is strongly recommended
- Contact us regardless of the time of day
If you call after business hours, leave a voicemail. Our team will respond by the next business day with return instructions, an RMA number, or missing documents if required.
Trying On Your Jewelry
If everything appears correct upon inspection, try on your jewelry without delay. All items must remain in new, unworn condition to qualify for a return.
Return Notification Timeframe
You must notify us by phone and/or email within 72 hours of receiving your item.
- The delivery time provided by the shipping carrier marks the start of this period
- Requests made after 72 hours will not be eligible for return
Return Authorization (RMA) Process
- Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return box as the last address line
- Packages received without an RMA number will be returned — no exceptions
Return Shipping Guidelines
The item must reach us within 7 business days of RMA issuance
- You are responsible for choosing the carrier and ensuring delivery
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery failures
- All returned items must be fully insured
If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping, responsibility lies with the sender.
