Return Policy



We want you to be happy with your purchase. This is one of the reasons we provide video of the item. Video shows you the item like itis right in front of you. However, sometimes when you try on your jewelry for the first time, it just isn’t right for you. This is why we offer a return policy.

When you receive your package open it, inspect the item carefully. We suggest you take pictures of the item using your phone, just like we did before we put it in the box. DO NOT REMOVE THE PRICE/INFORMATION TAG(S). REMOVING THE TAG(S) VOIDS ALL OF YOUR RETURN PRIVELIGES. Confirm that all the certificates are present if the center stone is certified. If anything appears wrong, damaged or incomplete, OR YOU WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM, immediately CALL and/or EMAIL US. DOING BOTH IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA. NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS. IF YOU CALL AFTER HOURS, LEAVE A VOICE MAIL. We will return your call and email on the next business day with return instructions and an RMA number OR arrange to ship you any documents that might be missing. If everything looks good, don’t wait, try on your new piece of jewelry.

You must notify us by email and/or phone within 72 hours of your receipt of the item (time of delivery provided by the carrier as the start time) that you want to return the item(s). We will contact you with an RMA number. You must put the RMA number on the outside of the box, as the last address line. Any items received at return address without the RMA number on the box will be returned, no exceptions. We must be in receipt of the item within 7 business days of our issuing the RMA number. We are not responsible for the delivery failures of the carrier you chose. If you comply fully with these return instructions,WE WILL ISSUE A COMPLETE REFUND via check OR credit card, if you paid by credit card. We do not issue check refunds for items paid for by credit/debit card.

If you do not follow our instructions, you may lose your return credit and privileges. Please insure the item because if the item is lost or damaged YOU are responsible.You are fully responsible for the tag(s) removed, any damage or signs of wear. All items must be returned in new condition!!
